    Operations, upgrades and on-call for the platform we built, or one you already have, so your engineers keep their time for the product.

  • Ministry of Programming

    Ministry of Programming: Cerberus

    A software consultancy running many client products. We designed Cerberus, a multi-tenant internal developer platform: control plane on EKS, GitOps delivery with Argo CD, and self-service infrastructure through Crossplane on whichever cloud each client uses.

  • NAGA

    NAGA

    A trading fintech that needed lower latency than one cloud could give. We rebuilt the trading backend as a hybrid AWS and Equinix platform and modernised its CI/CD, for faster development and a more reliable system.

  • Froda

    Froda

    A lending fintech outgrowing its first infrastructure. We built an internal developer platform, migrated the product onto it, and reworked their Azure DevOps pipelines end to end: shorter builds, more reliable CI/CD.

  • Hitch

    Hitch

    A product company changing its platform by hand. We designed the complete platform: EKS, CI/CD and a Grafana LGTM monitoring stack, all as code and GitOps, with zero-downtime platform updates.

  • NDA

    A global trading firm, under NDA

    An end-to-end ultra-low-latency platform across a hybrid AWS and Equinix cloud: control plane on EKS, CI/CD on self-hosted GitHub Actions runners, and monitoring through to the trading workloads.

  • ROKO Labs

    ROKO Labs

    Current engagement. A Kubernetes platform and its infrastructure as code, delivered with AI agents doing the routine work under review.

  • KJKP Vodovod i Kanalizacija Sarajevo (2007 to 2020): the public water and sewerage utility of Sarajevo, serving the whole city. Over thirteen years we built and ran its complete IT environment: the network across its sites, the server estate virtualised on VMware, the business systems on top, and the operations that kept it all running. The ground our platform work stands on.

Admir has worked on infrastructure since 2007 and as an independent platform and site reliability engineer since 2020. He builds internal cloud and developer platforms on Kubernetes and GitOps that run on any cloud, on-premises or hybrid, and runs his own delivery with AI agents on top of them, so that engineering teams spend their time on the product.
