Turnkey, from site to supplier audit
We develop EMS facilities. You run them.
High-reliability electronics plants designed around Industry 4.0: plant design and the IT/OT stack, construction supervision, SMT, THT, inspection and test equipment, supply chains, hiring and training, and the quality system your customers will audit. We do not manufacture: we develop the facility for the investor or operator who will run it.
Designed for IPC Class 3 · ISO 9001 · IATF 16949 · ISO 13485 · EN/AS 9100 · IEC 62443
Certification follows commissioning and qualification.

What a facility covers
One development, every layer of the plant
Plant and Industry 4.0
Plant concept and layout: production, warehouse, administration, engineering and training areas. The IT/OT stack: MES, ERP and PLM integration, SCADA, digital twin and IIoT, full component traceability, OT security to IEC 62443.
Construction and equipment
Organising and supervising the construction of the plant and its infrastructure. Selecting and installing SMT, THT, wave soldering, inspection and test lines: AOI, X-ray, ICT and functional test.
People and supply chain
Hiring and training management, process engineering, quality and machine operators. Setting up the component supply chain the plant depends on.
Quality system
The management system, NPI and prototyping, quality labs, and readiness for certification and for your customers' supplier audits.

Development models
Three ways to start
- 01
New-build factory
A purpose-designed facility, built from the site up.
- 02
Brownfield reconstruction and expansion
An existing industrial building converted or extended to the same standards.
- 03
Phased development
A first phase that grows as demand and customers grow.
